ICD-10 in a small Rheumatology Solo practice has added 1 1/2 hours to my day without any benefit except more time to complete a chart and more denials. ICD-10 was developed by the WHO for mortality data. We were told everyone else in the world uses it but for what demographics and hospital coding! This is the only country it is used for doctor office billing
